I can't explain how happy I am with my smallcrete entire home stain job. Bill and his wife worked their butts off 9 straight days even after the job was estimated to take 5. Once the existing floors were removed my concrete slab was more beaten up than expected. The ONLY thing this changed was Bills effort and attention to detail turning up to meet the new found challenge. The outcome is beautiful, but thats only half of the experience with this husband/wife team. Their promptness, communication, patience was unmatched. I still can't believe how smooth the process went and especially how Billleft no stone unturned. These guys are what I need in every sub-contractor I employ. They have my business from here forward.

Last July I opened "My Burger Joint," a new restaurant. The floor was very uneven, tiled with the old vinyl tiles. Bill worked to cover the tiles and even out the floor with an italian marble epoxy using the red and black color theme of our restaurant. The floor is always shining and easy to maintain. No scrubbing. Never any build up of grease which was always a problem in my previous restaurants. Customers are constantly commenting on our floor and asking what it is and how it was done. Could not have asked for a better floor. PS, we're in Ohio. Had to find someone from Texas and accomplish what we were looking for.

I got the reference for this firm from an office friend. I have to say that the complete process from start to finish was super smooth and hassle free. Bill was very professional in keeping his timelines and the estimates were not off by even one bit. He treated my garage floor like his own and the amount of diligence put in was amazing. Bill has been so wonderful from start to finish of the 4-day project. During phone consultation he was very friendly and thorough in explaining the details of his work and how it is different from typical cheaper means of doing it. I care about quality and longevity, and that is what he assured. We did both epoxy of the garage floor and polishing of the patio. Bill and his wife Chris tag teamed to get the job done promptly. Everyday they were on time to start and stayed late to wrap up. Their work was very thorough, and they never rushed things through. Time to time Bill asked me about my thoughts so the floors would look the way I hoped for. They kept working until they were happy with the result. To me Bill came across as a very nice, diligent, patient, and sincere man. I could tell he genuinely loves his job from smiles he wore when he explained things to me or kept me updated with their work. His wife is very supportive, and they work very well together. After the project was done, Bill messaged me saying there was a mistake in cost estimate and gave me the correct lower price. I am very happy with all aspects of the outcome. Even a week after he finished, he answered all of my questions to make sure I can take good care of the floors. An ethical and excellent family business that I highly recommend!
